By accessing and using SAT Speedrun by CurioLearn ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "you", or "your") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

SAT Speedrun is an AI-powered SAT preparation platform that provides comprehensive test preparation services:

• AI Question Generation: Personalized practice questions generated from YouTube videos, PDF documents, and educational content
• Comprehensive Question Bank: Thousands of SAT practice problems across all test sections (Reading, Writing & Language, Math)
• Study Resources: Curated study guides, cheat sheets, vocabulary lists, and math formulas
• Progress Analytics: Detailed performance tracking, score predictions, and learning insights
• Subscription Services: Premium features including unlimited question generation, advanced analytics, and priority support
• Community Features: Discord community access, peer support, and expert guidance
• Mobile Accessibility: Cross-platform compatibility for desktop and mobile devices

Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile setup
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach
• Use only one account per person and not create multiple accounts
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Provide valid contact information and keep it updated for important communications

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions:

• Weekly Pro: $7.99 per week, automatically renewing every 7 days
• Monthly Pro: $17.99 per month, automatically renewing every 30 days
• Annual Pro: $149.99 per year (save 30%), automatically renewing every 365 days
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing dashboard
• Refund Policy: Full refunds available within 7 days of initial purchase. No refunds for partial subscription periods after the initial 7-day period
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email and platform notification
• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. Trial terms and conditions will be clearly communicated at signup.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, share, or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization or fair use rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform, APIs, or underlying technology
• Share your account credentials with others, create multiple accounts, or engage in account sharing
• Use the service for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the service, servers, or network infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior towards other users
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates community standards
• Use the service to compete with or replicate our business model

Content Guidelines: All uploaded content must be educational in nature and related to SAT preparation. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or our community standards.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CurioLearn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Intellectual Property: This includes but is not limited to:

• Platform design, user interface, and user experience elements
• AI algorithms, question generation technology, and proprietary software
• Curated content, study materials, and educational resources
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Database structures, APIs, and technical documentation

User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our data collection, use, and protection practices.

Data Collection: We collect information necessary to provide our services, including account information, usage data, and educational content. All data collection is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls.

Educational Disclaimer: CurioLearn does not guarantee specific SAT score improvements, college admissions, or educational outcomes. Test preparation results vary based on individual effort, study habits, and other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurioLearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content, including YouTube videos or external educational materials.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees (after reasonable notice)
• Technical or security issues requiring account suspension
• At our sole discretion for any reason we deem necessary

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, though some information may be retained for legal or business purposes.

Your Right to Terminate: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Survival: Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability clauses.
